Terms of Service

TroveApp is a B2B cold-outreach platform that lets you import prospect lists, generate personalized emails, send them through Gmail mailboxes you connect, run automated follow-ups, and review replies and analytics. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use TroveApp. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential.

You are solely responsible for the content you send and the recipients you contact, and for ensuring your outreach is lawful. You agree that you will:

• comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing email, including the CAN-SPAM Act and any anti-spam or data-protection laws that apply to you and your recipients;
• have a lawful basis to contact the prospects you upload, and honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly — TroveApp includes unsubscribe handling, and opted-out contacts are permanently excluded from further sends;
• not use TroveApp to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or malicious content, or to impersonate others;
• not attempt to circumvent sending limits, deliverability safeguards, or the security of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section or that create risk to the service or its users.

Connecting a Gmail mailbox authorizes TroveApp to send and read email on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Gmail through TroveApp is also subject to Google’s terms and policies. You may revoke this access at any time from within TroveApp or from your Google Account settings.

You retain ownership of the prospect data, email content, and other materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service to you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide it.

TroveApp, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by TechCarrel and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law.

TroveApp is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular deliverability, open, reply, or campaign outcome will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechCarrel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of TroveApp. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using TroveApp and disconnect your mailboxes at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the service. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end; sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of TroveApp.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of TroveApp after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
